31. The first projects of the underground in Moscow were known even in 1890. Lines were planned to be build in tunnels on platforms. It is curious, that underground terminal was to be settled down on the Red Square, approximately in that place where now is a Mausoleum. Construction was prevented by carriers and clergy.

32. The underground Kremlin. In 1934 a whitestone Serpukhov Kremlin was destroyed. The stones of which it was constructed went on decorating of stations of the first turn: the Sokolnichesky line from "Sokolniky" to "Culture Park" and several stations of the Filevsky line. It is said that some stones were even used for the station "Serpukhovskaya" opened in 1983.

33. Lost and found. If you have lost your things in the underground you must go on "University" station. The warehouse of the forgotten things is in a southern lobby (an exit from the hall centre).

34. If you fell down on ways, lay down in a special road between rails - here the train will not injure you. Do not climb on a platform: you risk to touch a contact rail with 850 volt.

35. How to enter into the trane first? If to look narrowly at platform of stations behind a white strip you can find trodden paths to the doors of the train. Moscow underground trains always stop in the same place. Rise in the middle of a light interval of the platform, and the doors will open before you.

36. On the Ring line the tunnel goes a little upwards before the stations, and after the stations - it goes a little downwards. So it is made, that it was easier to trains to brake and be dispersed. It was made so for the trains to brake and accelerate easier.

37. There is an underground station "Rimskaya" (Roman) in Moscow but there is no "Moscow" station in Rome. But station "Mosсova" is in Milan. It is named in memory of the Milan soldiers participating in the Borodino fight, naturally, on Napoleon's party.

38. Prehistoric animals in the underground - you can can meet them at any time at thirty stations - that are laid out by marble. Ammonites, sea hedgehogs, molluscs and etc. - all feel in the safety forever walled in marble. It's interesting to find them at stations, especially if you are waiting for someone.
